Gluten free wrap: with lettuce, coleslaw, cucumber, alfalfa, hummus.

Homemade GF muesli slice: oats, coconut, flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, apricots, raisins, egg, butter, sugar, golden syrup, GF flour and DF margarine.

Fruit foz balls x 2.

Apple x 1.

Crackers: 4 x GF crackers and hummus.

Toasted scroggin: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, toasted with fennel seeds and tamari & dash of maple syrup, coconut chips toasted, apricots, sultanas, choc buttons, banana chips, cranberry’s – 100gms in a paper bag.

This is all individually wrapped and packed in a paper bag.
