Whole rye sandwich: rye bread, lettuce, coleslaw, cucumber, alfalfa, hummus.

Apple x 1.

Hummus and crackers: 4 wheat germ crackers and hummus.

Toasted scroggin: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, toasted with fennel seeds and tamari & dash of maple syrup, coconut chips toasted, apricots, sultanas, banana chips, cranberry’s – 100gms in a paper bag.

This is all individually wrapped and packed in a paper bag.
