West Coast Packed Lunch – Vegetarian

Whole rye sandwich: rye bread, pickle, lettuce, coleslaw, cheese slice, cucumber, alfalfa, margarine.

Homemade muesli slice: oats, coconut, flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, apricots, raisins, egg, butter, sugar, golden syrup.

Chocolate bar: Cadbury plain choc approx. 15gm bar.

Apple x 1.

Cheese and crackers: 4 slices of cheese, 4 wheat germ crackers.

Toasted scroggin: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, toasted with fennel seeds and tamari & dash of maple syrup, coconut chips toasted, apricots, sultanas, choc buttons, banana chips, cranberry’s – 100gms in a paper bag.

This is all individually wrapped and packed in a paper bag.
